Mental Health Monday – Week 25

This week I’d like to discuss worrying.

We’ve been taught to worry & stress about the things we can’t always control.

Obsessing over the outcomes of said matters don’t help any, especially your nervous system.

Your fears & worries keep your nervous system scared.

The energy placed in fear & worry only slows down what you’re trying to materialize.

Place your energy in love & happy outcomes.

Keep your thoughts positive to see positive results.

Everything is going to be just fine.

Don’t let your worries of tomorrow be the thief of your joy’s today.
