Mental Health Monday – Week 69

This week I’d like to discuss what it means to flow.

To flow with things happening within & around you is driven by unwavering faith & love.

You know when you’re in the flow when everything you do has growth attached to it.

Forcing anything is driven by dependency & fear.

Allow what is truly meant for you to find it’s way.

Things can get hectic & we sometimes lose our footing in the process but focusing on the present will help you to flow.

Remember your strengths & all the times you overcame challenges that presented themselves.

Keep in mind what you have to offer & how resourceful you are.

When it rains, the flowers that grow are a reminder of why the downpour was necessary.

Fully loving yourself unconditionally is key to consistently flowing.
