This week I’d like to discuss radical self-care.
Radical self-care can look like a lot of different things amongst each of us.
For me, it’s taking care of myself – mentally, physically, doing the things that bring me joy & pleasure, it’s stimulating, sometimes relaxing, sometimes active, but most importantly it’s creating boundaries & keeping them in place.
Today I’d like you all to think about radical self-care & how you can implement it into your life.
Do something for yourself without feelings of guilt arising.
